The Tyler Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics unit is comprised of a total of 20 team members. The team structure is as follows: 1 Team Commander, 1 Entry Team Leader, 1 Perimeter Team leader, 5 Entry Team Members, 5 Perimeter Team Members, 3 Counter Snipers, 3 Tactical Medics, 1 Trauma Doctor.
